For clients & production teams

From first brief
to confirmed booking.

A practical guide to booking models through Turn Left Media. Bring the creative direction; we will help you work through the talent and assignment details.

Choose portfolios with your project in mind.

Begin with the model roster. Open individual profiles to explore each model’s photographs and visual range. Consider how the portfolio relates to your audience, setting and creative references. If you have several models in mind, list their names in the brief.

You can also ask the agency to recommend talent. Describe the assignment and the kind of presence you need, then include references that make the direction clear.

Put the essential details in your inquiry.

  • Project: the client or production, type of assignment, creative direction and expected deliverables.
  • Schedule: proposed dates, working hours, fittings or rehearsals, and whether dates are flexible.
  • Location: studio or location, city and country, plus any travel or accommodation arrangements.
  • Usage: where the images or recordings will appear, the intended usage period, territories and any exclusivity.
  • Budget: proposed talent compensation, payment terms and which expenses are covered.
  • Scope: wardrobe, activities involved and any assignment-specific requirements the model needs to understand.

Representation and availability are separate details.

Our Los Angeles, Philippines and Japanese division pages identify agency representation. A division listing does not guarantee a model’s current physical location or availability on your dates. The agency confirms those details for each project.

Discuss usage before agreeing the fee.

A short editorial assignment and a campaign with extended advertising rights can have different requirements. Be specific about publication channels, duration, territory and exclusivity so the proposed terms match the work.

There is no single rate implied by a profile. Compensation and expenses depend on the agreed assignment. Our pay, fees and expenses guide offers additional context.

Confirm the assignment in writing.

An inquiry starts a conversation; it is not a confirmed booking. The schedule, location, creative scope, usage, compensation and relevant expenses need to be agreed before the assignment proceeds. If the brief changes, return to the agency to confirm the revised terms.

Category interest or a portfolio image does not establish agreement to a particular assignment. Work is considered individually under our professional standards.
